Free repair program for some CFexpress Type A memory cards of CEA-G Series
Sony has identified an issue with a batch of CEA-G series memory cards. These memory cards may not be recognised or may fail to save images in low-temperature conditions, around -10 degrees Celsius.
The affected cards were sold in prior to February this year.
If you have a Sony CEA-G memory card you can check the serial number and if it falls within range, send it back to Sony for a free repair.
