Event Details

Pro Photographer David Clapp and Canon will be hosting this photography tour of Salisbury Cathedral. Whether you are starting off, a hobbyist or an experienced photographer we will have superb photographic opportunities for everyone. Guided by a professional photographer in the beatiful setting of Salisbury Cathedral, we will capture a variety of impressive images. We will also be printing your favourite images from the day in a print workshop with Canon's very own print guru - Mark Padovan, held at Castle Cameras Salisbury, following the tour.

Tickets are £40, this includes FREE repeat entry to the cathedral for a year and a FREE print to take away with you.

What happens on the day?

10.30am: Meet at Castle Cameras, Salisbury where we will have a brief on shooting situations before beginning the photography tour, both inside the cathedral, around the cloisters and exterior.

1pm-2pm: Break for lunch. Please bring your own packed lunch, complimentary coffee and tea will be served at Castle Cameras.

2pm-3.30pm: Meet in the studio, Castle Cameras Salisbury for Image review, selection and print workshop. All attendees will be able to take away a free print of one of their images.

3.30pm-4pm: Event ends, chance to ask questions.

Requirements

Suitable for all types of digital cameras - bring your own or borrow one from us. Don't worry if you don't own a Canon - the tour is open to everyone.

A tripod is recomended, however, there will only be allowed two in use at any one time. If you do not have one you can share our's during the tour but you may need to share it with anyone else who doesn't have one.
