Sigma Tripod Socket TS-111 Kit for the 100-400mm and 105mm f1.4 ART lenses

The TS-111 Tripod Socket from Sigma is a collar with a single-locking knob to provide a secure fixing for the lens.

It was designed specifically for the 100-400mm f/5-6.3 DG DN OS Contemporary Lens for Sony E and Leica L and is now also supplied with the 105mm f1.4 ART lens. 

Once the collar is fitted, it enables the lens and camera to turn to smoothly from a horizontal to a vertical position. In addition, the dovetail foot on the tripod socket is compatible with most Arca-type clamps.

Additionally, its exclusive protective cover makes the lens easier to carry and use when shooting hand-held.

"This item is essential if you use this long zoom lens on a tripod. It is so important, it is remiss of Sigma not to include it with the lens. The tripod socket often features as part of thee package with some manufacturers."
