The RX series tripods are the largest among the SIRUI tripods. With their high load capacity of 22 to 30kg, they are especially suitable for working in the studio and with large, heavy DSLR and video cameras.The special feature of the R-3213X is the exchangeable mounting plate. It can be exchanged for the 75mm adapter half shell R2X-75A or the center column RX-402C. This way, for example, a SIRUI video head can be used on the tripod or the maximum working height can be increased by 38cm with the center column. To facilitate the change between plate and bowl or center column, an allen key is integrated in the stabilizing hook.The tubes of the legs are made of 10 layers of carbon, which makes the tripods extremely light but at the same time very stable. Depending on the surface, the non-slip rubber feet can be exchanged for robust stainless steel spikes
The Sirui R-3213x kit comes with an addition of the PH-10 carbon fiber gimbal head which creates flexibility when capturing moving subjects. This gimbal aids fluid and smooth motion, making each movement seem weightless. This panning head is a great tool to use when shooting sports or wildlife.
The PH-10 made with carbon fiber also reduces vibrations and provides better tolerance for temperature changes. The included Arca-type quick release place features an anti-twist lip to prevent unwanted movement and includes a 1/4 inch and 3/8 inch camera screw.
The height of the camera bed is adjustable, and the precision scales assist in precisely balancing a camera and lens set. When properly balanced, the set can be quickly and easily moved in any direction with minimal effort to track the subject.
