Slik Pro CF-833 Tripod with 737HD Fluid Head and case 

The SLIK PRO CF-833 has three leg sections that when fully extended reach a height of over 1.7m but when completely retracted the tripod is about 600mm in length. It has a weight of just 1.55kgs but is capable of handling 7kgs of properly balanced equipment. 

The 800 series carbon fiber tripods all have legs made up of carbon Fiber material that is actually comprised of 8 layers of inter-woven carbon strands that are then bonded together in a sealed, high-pressure furnace producing strong, light weight carbon fiber.  The legs also feature A.R.S (Anti-Rotational System) is designed into the leg locks and do not allow the individual legs sections to rotate inside each other. Each leg also has an independent lock that sets in one 3 angles to vary the height and stance of the tripod. The three setting are for maximum height, waist level or low angle photography close to the ground.

The three leg sections are secured and loosened with twist locks. Because the legs are non-rotating, you can unlock all of a leg’s stages at once by twisting the three large rubber grips with one hand. This enables fast setup.

A.R.S (Anti-Rotation System)

The A.R.S. systems prevent the leg tubes from rotating inside each other making it much easier to lock and release all the twist-release locks securely.

737HD Fluid Head 

The SLIK SH-737HD is a smooth and free-moving fluid effect 3-way pan head. It has a quick release plate for easy mounting and removal of a DSLR or video camera. The all-metal head allows dual photo and video use and moves in two directions like a professional video head.

The SLIK SH-737HD also has pan and tilt drag controls that are separate from the pan/tilt handle locks. This allows the photographer to fine-tune the tightness (drag) of the movement, based on the weight of the camera and lens. The head can hold up to 5kg of equipment.
