The elements include two lenses made from high refraction glass, which reduces the weight and dimensions. Moreover, an aspherical element minimises the risk of chromatic aberration.
Owing to the ultra high-quality multi-layer coatings, this lens provides high contrast and faithful colour imaging. It also uses the “floating” element system to preserve high image quality at minimum focusing distance.
