It also features a quiet, high speed stepping motor that can lock onto subjects quickly and can be used with AF modes such as focus tracking and eye detection. Use the large focus ring to fine-tune focus with Dynamic Manual Focus (DMF).

With the addition of the 23mm F1.4 DC DN, the SIGMA Contemporary line now has four APS-C format F1.4 prime lenses. Together they work perfectly as a cohesive ultra wide aperture set, collectively weighing less than 1.5kg. This means users can build a lightweight mirrorless camera system that delivers superb consistency in image quality, colour accuracy and character.
