I called Castle yesterday afternoon to discuss a tripod and head I was thinking about. They listened to what I wanted and confirmed that my choice would work but suggested another tripod and head that was cheaper but would also work. I decided to go with my choice and called them to make sure they had stock for an order which they did, and confirmed that if I ordered via their website straight away, they could despatch that day for delivery the day after. Order placed and the products arrived today. Great choice of products at decent prices and people who were willing to help me get what I wanted quickly even though I'm over 180 miles away

Recently brought the R7 and RF100-400 from the Salisbury branch, they were so helpful and patient also very friendly, I can’t rate them highly enough, Returned a few weeks later for the RF 100-500 again a very good experience and really helpful. Camera shops are few and far between these days so please help by using these guys you won’t regret it.

They emailed me to say it was ready and their knowledgeable, friendly staff helped me out with a few questions I had.  They are a fantastic camera shop to buy from and I have previously bought my R6, multiple flashes, and f1.2 85mm L prime from them too.  Superb prices, great staff, local shop, perfect!
