I just want to say thank you for all your help and assistance in helping me purchase the Canon EOS 5D Mark 111 and all the other bits that I ordered. Anita arrived back in Cyprus on Wednesday evening and ever since I have been figuring out how it works, what programmes are available and to familiarise myself with what it does etc.. This is a truly AMAZING camera! However, that is a small issue. Living in Cyprus has its advantages but customer service here is non existent and to find somebody who will go the extra mile is unusual. I have to say that from my first phone call to you the level of service was first class and the product obviously so. I will continue to use you when ever the opportunity arises and recommend you (and Castle Cameras of course) to my friends both here and in the UK.
