I called Castle yesterday afternoon to discuss a tripod and head I was thinking about. They listened to what I wanted and confirmed that my choice would work but suggested another tripod and head that was cheaper but would also work. I decided to go with my choice and called them to make sure they had stock for an order which they did, and confirmed that if I ordered via their website straight away, they could despatch that day for delivery the day after. Order placed and the products arrived today. Great choice of products at decent prices and people who were willing to help me get what I wanted quickly even though I'm over 180 miles away
